During all anesthetic procedures your pet will be closely monitored by our surgical animal care nurse. They will be administering intravenous fluids, checking vital signs and discussing any changes with your veterinarian. To aid in the monitoring of your pet, they will be attached to a vital signs monitor that will measure heart rate, respiratory rate, temperature, oxygenation levels, and EKG.
